Is it really open source?
Yes. AGPL-3.0, the full code on GitHub. Clone it, read every line, run it, change it. The thing you self-host is the real thing.
What do I need to run it?
A machine that stays on (a cheap VPS or a spare box at home) and your own API keys. One command installs it; it runs as a service and talks to you in Telegram.
What does it connect to?
Calendar, email, notes, and wearables (Apple Health, Oura, Whoop, Garmin). More coming. You choose what to connect.

It advises. The clear call, the priorities. You stay in control of every decision, always.
